Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18+) or have consent from a parent or guardian to use the Services and make purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.

2. Storefront; Platform

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Your use of the Services may also be subject to Shopify’s platform rules to the extent they apply.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We may accept or reject any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or quantity limits.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and include or exclude taxes as displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time, including after an order is submitted where permitted by law.

5. Payment; BNPL; Chargebacks

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Buy-Now-Pay-Later services where offered. Third-party payment providers may apply separate terms.

By submitting an order, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

7. International Orders; Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

Subscription products automatically renew at the stated interval unless cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting support@purvosishealth.com before the next billing date.

By placing a recurring order of $29.95, you authorize us to charge $29.95 today and every 30 days thereafter until cancelled. You will receive an electronic reminder 5–7 days before each billing.

10. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Availability dates for pre-orders or backorders are estimates and not guaranteed. Payment may be captured at order placement or shipment as disclosed at checkout.

11. Promotions, Gift Cards & Credits

Promotions and gift cards are subject to additional terms disclosed at issuance and may not be combined unless stated.

12. User Content; Reviews

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant Purvos a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for marketing and operation of the Services.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, or engage in unauthorized commercial use.

14. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Purvos or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

15. Health & Safety; No Medical Advice

Information on the site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

16. SMS/MMS & Email Communications

By providing contact details, you consent to receive transactional messages. Marketing messages may be opted out of at any time.

17. Third-Party Services & Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services linked from the Services.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Warranty Disclaimer

The Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the product at issue or US$100, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purvos and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

22. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, unless arbitration applies.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for lawful reasons.

24. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

25. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

26. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Purvos.
